1) Introduction
These Terms and conditions (hereinafter as “T&C”) govern use of the services (hereinafter the “Product”) of AITrader.cz (hereinafter as “We” or “AITrader.cz”)
The T&C govern your use of our Services specified herein; by using it, you agree to the T&C in full. If you disagree with any part of T&C, please do not use our Services.
“Services” has the common meaning for every and any informative, educative or other in courses, training materials, downloadable documents, presentations, videos, podcasts, webinars, online courses as well as provision of trading signals, trading SW and other inputs etc. accessible on the website, though mobile and/or desktop app and such website and app itself.
By using AITrader.cz Service you acknowledge and agree with the privacy policy employed by AITrader.cz and L.F. Investment Limited and T&C stated below.

By downloading the FX Trading Signals mobile app you agree to the T&C and privacy policy.
2) License to use Services
Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights the Service contains. Subject to the licence below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.
You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the Service for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these T&C.
You must not:
a) republish material from Service (including republication elsewhere);
b) sell, rent or sub-license material from the Service;
c) show any material from the Service in public;
d) reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit information from Service for a commercial purpose;
e) edit or otherwise modify any material from service; or
f) redistribute material from this Service except for content specifically and expressly made available for redistribution;
3) Acceptable use
You must not use our Service in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Service or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Service; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
You must not use our Service to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software.
You must not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including, without limitation, scraping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting) on or in relation to our Service without our express written consent.
It is forbidden to post or transmit through the Service any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racial, ethnic, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including but not limited to any material that is or that encourages fraudulent activity or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law. By using the Service you agree not to harass or to engage in any conduct that is abusive to any person or entity. Furthermore, it is forbidden to send or post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) through the Service.
You must not use our Service for any purposes related to marketing without our express written consent.
AITrader.cz may disclose any User Content or electronic communication of any kind a) to satisfy any law, regulation, or government request; b) if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate the Service; or c) to protect the rights or property of AITrader.cz and its customers.
We reserve the right to prohibit conduct, communication, or content that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be unlawful or harmful to you, the site, users of the site, our customers, any associates of fxleaders.com or any third party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither AITrader.cz nor its associates can ensure prompt removal of questionable content after online posting.
4) No professional advice or investment recommendation
Any recommendations Service contains should not be considered as a solicitation to buy or an offer to sell. The recommendations are not individual recommendations to a specific user. AITrader.cz is not an investment adviser, therefore, any trade ideas or signals should not be taken as investment advice. The users are solely responsible for the investment decisions they make. Users should consult a tax professional or attorney to understand their tax or legal obligations.
5) No refunds policy
The premium service is a virtual digital product that cannot be returned and therefore is non-refundable.
6) Access to Service
The Service, or any part of it, may not be duplicated, copied, used, or otherwise exploited for any commercial mean without our express, written permission. You may not use any framing techniques to acquire any logo, trademark or other proprietary content (textual, images, text, layouts or forms) of our Service without our prior written approval. AITrader.cz does not allow third parties to build automated systems to copy the trading signals and/or generate automatic commands for trading.
7) Service policies
AITrader.cz reserves the right to make changes to the Service, policies, and T&C at any given time and does not need to inform it’s users when doing so. It is the responsibility of the members to check the privacy policy and terms of use frequently to see any recent changes.
AITrader.cz will not use your data for any other purposes other than saving your preferences on the watchlist.
8) Premium Service
Premium members agree to pay monthly fees associated with a premium Services according to updated price list available before any paid access is provided. AITrader.cz reserves the right to revise price list. You may terminate your premium membership any time.
You are not allowed to share any content you receive as a premium member with third parties. This includes signal and calendar alerts, entry prices levels, signal reports and any other premium service you receive. AITrader.cz can cancel a premium membership if there is a breach of the T&C. Premium subscription fees are non-refundable.
9) Limited warranties
We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the information published as part of Service; nor do we commit to ensuring that the Service remains available or that the material Service contains is kept up to date.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to Service and its use (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).
10) Limitations and exclusions of liability
It is expressly stipulated in the T&C, the Service is provided “as is” and the liability of the company of any sort is excluded with no exception. Such exclusion applies evenly for paid sections (premium membership) of the Services. Any use of Services does not establish causal link leading to you incurring any loss or damage of any nature.
The limitations and exclusions of liability set out in this Section and elsewhere in these T&C: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under these T&C or in relation to the subject matter of these T&C, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort (including negligence) and for breach of statutory duty.
We will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of any event or events to the full extent.
We will not be liable to you in respect of any business losses, including (without limitation) loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities or goodwill.
We will not be liable to you in respect of any loss or corruption of any data, database or forex or non-forex software.
We will not be liable to you in respect of any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered as Service for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your use of any information or materials Service contains is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through Service meet your specific requirements.
You agree that AITrader.cz is not responsible for the materials, software, products or third party services that may be published or distributed on AITrader.cz.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In these jurisdictions, the Company’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
11) Indemnity
You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, without limitation, legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of our legal advisers) incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these T&C, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these T&C.
12) Breaches of these T&C
Without prejudice to our other rights under these T&C, if you breach these T&C in any way, we may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the Service, prohibiting you from accessing the Service, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the Service, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the Service and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
13) Variation
AITrader.cz reserves the right to revise these T&C from time to time. Revised T&C will apply to the use of our Service from the date of publication of the revised T&C on our website or elsewhere.
14) Severability
If a provision of these T&C is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
15) Exclusion of third party rights
These T&C are for the benefit of you and us, and are not intended to benefit any third party or be enforceable by any third party. The exercise of our and your rights in relation to these T&C is not subject to the consent of any third party.
16) High risk investment
Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with foreign exchange trading, and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.
17) Disclaimer
All information Service contains is of our opinion and the opinion of reviewers, and may not reflect the truth. Please use your own good judgment and use common sense as well as seeking advice from a qualified consultant before believing and accepting any information form Service.
18) Advertisements Warning

These advertisements and/or links do not reflect the opinion, endorsement, or concurrence of the Service or affiliated parties. Some ads might contain potentially misleading and/or unbalanced claims and information that may fail to disclose risks and other important considerations involved in speculative trading.
19) Internet trading risks
There are risks associated with utilizing any Internet-based trading service including, but not limited to, the failure of hardware, software, and Internet connection. Since AITrader.cz owners do not control signal power, its reception or routing via Internet, configuration of your equipment or reliability of its connection, we cannot be responsible for communication failures, distortions or delays when trading via the Internet.
